Heard the same. Maybe can’t stand the heat.

At the very least reporters should ask this and about one out one in policy muted by AP.

Maybe not liking running the club when the stars don’t align like in years 1&2 when they did just that.

No knowledge on this but he’s certainly been tetchy in last few outings  fans forum DN35 etc. . The only bouncy one on DN35 was Debbie and she is leaving!

The only way we're getting rid of players is by paying them up. If they're not good enough for us then they're only going to NL and will be paid less.

I've heard rumours that JS wants out, all together,  not just as chairman. Can't see any money being put in if that's true.

You’ve done well to keep that quiet considering you’ve not managed a post on here concerning the club for a month, and that was to call the managerial recruitment process “holier than thou” 🙃🙃🙃

You definitely seem in the loop and certainly not unhinged with a personal vendetta against the owners.

Hope it’s not true, I’ve not agreed with everything they’ve done but very much support what they’re doing. They’re obviously a huge step up from their predecessor and have the club’s interests at heart.

I seem to recall quite early in their tenure, Stockwood mentioned that he and AP had a 3 year plan, and then aimed to move on. Are we not in that 3rd year now? Is the giraffe starting to show its stripes? Is the zebra beginning to show its spots?

Actually what he said was that after 3 years he would give up the Chair, NOT leave or sell the club.  Get your facts right!  Oh and BTW, they actually said they have a 10 year plan for the club.

So here we are again. Just as in  December 2020 we are hovering over the relegation zone with an error prone defence, a team riddled with inconsistent performers all over the pitch, lacking pace, bite and quality in midfield and enough firepower up front.  Then as now, we brought in a new manager who's track record indicated that he could build a decent side but who had a huge task on his hands.

Last time round Hurst couldn't keep us up and, but for a rush of blood to the head by a Notts County defender 14 seconds from the end of the play off game in 2022, I am convinced we would still be in the National League.

So let's try and learn from past mistakes.  We must sort out the back four. They are collectively hopeless. Clean sheets are a distant memory and we are such a soft touch, so many goals gifted to the opposition. We need it sorting and fast. I can't see any realistic scenario whereby we turn things around without some new personnel at the back.

What happens in the January window will determine our fate one way or the other.
