My Favourite Town Goal in a Not Hugely Significant Game - Groves away v West Aaagggghm in the League c 93. He picked up the ball wide right around the halfway line, played keepy uppy with it down to the penalty area and lashed it in. We lost (2-1?) with that aggressive Scouse full back they had banging in a penalty.

John Cockerill scoring a Van Basten type goal v Donny in the cup and the Main stand erupting.Also what about Buckley 3 against Accy his first home game back it just seemed like Magic was in the air again a Town side playing fast attractive football to feet what a shame the great man couldnt pull it off for a 3rd time.

Some other games mentioned like Les and the game at Reading. I was there that night & I seem to think macca was the victim of an awful tackle that day? May have had to go off?

The games in quick succession at Brentford. i think for the first one i paid to go in what had previously been the away end only to find they had reversed the home/away stands. Thw game started and i decided i'd ask to move ends. As i was escorted round the pitch we scored (Super clive i think). The first game we had Beasant in goal and for the 2nd one a week or two later Wilmott returned

Surprised no one's mentioned the mayhem that was Stoke City away at the old Victoria Ground.  Massive pitch invasion by Stoke fans.  Town fans singing "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life".  Can't remember the year.  Happy days!
