Amazing. Well done England.

Added bonus of beating the Aussies on their turf too.

Brilliant!

Someone switched off the volume when our second went in, akin to what happened at Notts County in the play offs.

I really enjoy the woman's football it is a different breed from mens ....doesn't have the feigning of life threatening injuries so much and is quite quick in turn over , not so much square balls across the back ....... but it also does seem to disappoint in the quality of headers ...... often seem weak  or go up in air more than direct . and unfortunately  i am working Sunday  so wont be able to go out to watch /celebrate like I did for euro final

<*(((><

Town have given me some of my highest highs and my lowest lows ........ God it is like a marriage

All the team were excellent.  Hemp is incredible.  She said to be a top footballer she needed to improve her strength.  She certainly did that.

Russo is clinical when shooting.  Russo and Hemp are a great, hardworking partnership.

For the Kerr goal we lost possession high up the pitch.  Having Bright isolated against 2 players is poor.  Kerr had a good option to pass to her left and they would probably have scored.

She took the harder option, shot from distance and scored.

For our 3rd goal Hemp was driving forward and had similar options.  She had the simple, expected pass to her left.  Like Kerr, she chose the more difficult option and threaded a pass through to Russo.  Another clinical finish! 😀😇

Thought the ref had a stinker - there were periods where it looked like Australia could kick lumps out of England with no worries while England only had to make contact with an Australian and it was a free kick. There was one particular challenge in the first half on Daly that was borderline aggravated assault, I suspect that she was influenced by a (understandably) partisan crowd.

Miss Scunthorpe. Not a beauty pageant, just sound advice.

I really enjoy the woman's football
It's passable for me though will never be like the men's game.  Quite enjoy the women's tennis though and athletics . Similarly there's some cracking women's boxing fights though which I really enjoyed watching on DAZN notably Katie Taylor v Chantelle Cameron.

One life,one love .
