It's not good. It's attempting to tell you women's football is as good as the men's game. It's not.

Women's football is a different game and good luck to them and those that watch it. There is enough room for both sports.

Just stop trying to compare it to the men's game, it doesn't come off well.

It's not telling you that women's football is as good as men's - it's not comparing women's football against men's football - it's showing that people are often prejudiced against the women's game simply because it is women who are playing it. I bet there were a load of sexist idiots who saw that clip on social media, were fooled into thinking they were watching Mbappé, Hazard et al., thought "hmm, decent goals" or similar, and then saw the reveal (then, depending on their level of prejudice, probably said "ugh, weren't that good goals anyway").

It's like when your average Joe Bloggs player scores a decent goal and the commentator notes that if it were Messi or Ronaldo who scored the same goal then everybody would be going crazy over it.

When England play Haiti the odds are the same for a 1-0 win or 8-0 win.

Besides other factors, this might be down to their keeper only being 5 foot 4 inches!!  Like Dracula, she is not very good with crosses. 😇
