The bloke is an complete fraud That is absolutely not what he said. He DID say he "gets" the fans reaction. The players have an employer- Artell is the de facto representative of that employer. Playing out from the back makes me nervous. I vocalise that nervousness but the instructions of the manager MUST trump the views of people outside the organisation. I doubt a more experienced player than Cartwright would've been swayed. The aim of argument or discussion should not be victory but progress. Joseph Joubert.
