No he is not.  The players didn't stick to the plan, therefore it was their fault, FFS they need to grow a pair and ignore  the crowd, and stick to the plan they have trained for all week.  They are not 12 year old kids, they are grown men!

Notwithstanding who said what, Mr Artell ought to look at his record, look at the league table, remember that we've already spent too much time in non league and work out for himself why the natives are restless. It's not flipping rocket science.
