It’s not what he meant at all, and I’m sure most of you know that. Within the context of the interview it was clear to me he didn’t mean that.

It’s exactly the same scenario as when a bunch of fans started crying about Hurst saying the fans were spoilt.

At least we’re not going to concede loads of goals in the next game like we did at Halifax after PH said what he said 🤔

Saying it'll take time doesn't excuse what we're watching. Nobody expected anything from this season when he came in, so time was well and truly on his side.

I've never heard a manager say anything else. It's their get out for it not instantly working. And that's fair enough when you haven't been able to sign your own players yet. What's not fair enough is making a team that was missing lots of chances and losing by the odd goal now look like cannon fodder.

We have scored more goals than Harrogate who are in 7th place and one less than Barrow who are 4th.

Clifton gave a dubious foul away on the age of their box. That's not a gift, there's no way they should score with one pass from there. Defence totally asleep.

Exactly - then instead of reacting he proceeded to debate the issue with the ref instead of stopping the kick being taken. It wasn't just them defence, the whole team were slow to react.
It doesn't matter how much you debate whether playing out from the back is right or wrong , the fact remains that we gifted them 3 goals from players making mistakes.

So, we have so far scored 42 goals which is only 7 less than we scored in the whole of season 22/23 where we finished 11th in League Two, and where we scored 49.  Also, we have scored 4 more goals than Harrogate who are in 7th position in League Two and 1 less than Barrow who are 4th

What's your point? It's going well? We either draw or get hammered at the moment. Under Hurst we were missing tap ins every week and losing by 1 goal. You could see how we could turn that around. Artell has made us look like we'll concede loads more and with the exception of Notts County game we don't look like scoring any more.

It's awful and if you can't see that this is markedly worse then you might need help of some sort.

Agree with this. But will the owners accept they’ve made a mistake and cut their losses? Or will they stubbornly continue down a path that’s destined to fail?
