And is he actually a credible source or just somebody else clutching at straws?

I think the common theme is that WE ALL want the same thing, so if you want to bring a community together, this could well be the catalyst that is required!!

I don't know the man .others on here may have more info on tha t BUT he has been pretty quick and accurate with the transfers and just the way he's writing suggests to me that he has some fairly good info and source o the docks plan

Says who? There's never anything going on down the docks when I visit, so what makes it valuable? More likely it's worth intercourse all and they want a lot for it.

As I understand it ,the deal is a long lease.AB P retain the land but after years of neglect and Nil return they start to make some money on it

My guess was through his vehement defence of Fenty and declarations we not got our facts right ( ) Stadium a bit of an insider. So if so that statement whets the appetite 😋😋

I gather ABP have commissioned  an environmental impact report for a football stadium on their land.

All land within a " docks area " is valuable especially when it is within the confines of part of the largest port groupage ( Grimsby, Immingham and Hull ) in the UK. We still haven't seen how much more interest they could be at Grimsby Docks with the increased expansion of Off-shore Wind Power.
