The EFL allowed Steve Dale to take over at Bury without even sending them any paperwork, have been fine with the asset stripping sex offenders at Blackpool and allowed countless other potless failures to take over at clubs across the country.  

To paraphrase Austin Mitchell - we could put up a broke, raving alcoholic sex paedophile and they wouldn’t fail the EFL’s test!


Fit and proper person test is only filed once a deal has been agreed and contracts exchanged. Obviously, the contract only becomes valid when the F&P test has been passed (10-14 days).

So if the latest report is accurate then Fenty has sold up and will be gone before our first home league game.

Think people are choosing what they want to hear. He said nothing new - deal agreed in principle but need proof of funding and EFL to be satisfied.

Proof of funding comment has appeared in every statement and comment - what's the hold up with that???

More mainstream outlets than Compass would broadcast this news if true, so I can only guess they are using previous statements.

The reason for the delay is that Extreme won't commit to a starting date for the work on the new Stadium as they have problems finishing Mrs Miggins Garden wall.  Apparently the footings had to be two foot deep as opposed to the eighteen inches they had allowed for.  Then the spade broke.  Also, the builder they use is due to go to Magaluf for two weeks in September.  


The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

Shutes most likely leant JSF the £3million in the first place so JSF wants the £3million from the sale to pay Shutes back but Shutes hasn't got the £3million to buy the club until JSF pays him back so now they are both looking for someone with £3million who can lend them it.
