So to be honest, if Fenty stays at the club or leaves, it  really doesn't matter as a new owner would have to work with him. That would be a nightmare for any prospective new owner. With regards to relocation Fenty will still have too much sway and influence.

Ask Dave Whelan what it means to buy a club you are true fan of...he ploughed £85m of his own cash into Wigan and never once called it a "benign" loan nor wanted any of that back, he did for the love of his club... In fact to quote DW..." If you want to make money don't buy a football club"!!

Same sh1t different thread. In fact all the threads are mostly the same. Fenty bashing at it's finest. Telegraph ran a story that wasn't fully true, fans wanted to believe it, JF came out and set the record straight in informing us that in fact Shutes hadn't come up with the goods so to speak and yet here you all are, blaming JF. Laughable.

I have no idea what any hold up is about and it could well be that Shutes has no proof of funds but I certainly won’t just take Fenty’s word at face value and I suspect many others are in the same boat.

Laughable. I don't believe a thing he (Fenty) says. I remember that radio interview with JT years ago when he was screaming the loans were benign. Benign in the sense that he wouldn't call them in, but they certainly are not benign when he wants the money back which perhaps is one reason the talks have stalled.

Are you saying it would be reprehensible for Fenty to try to get the most for himself out of the situation? Ignore for the moment the question of whether or not Forza (or his relative) is telling the truth. Assume he is telling the truth for now. (I have to say of all the posters on here he has not been known for posting bullshit, whatever you think of his opinions- and even in that score his opinions have always been more considered and measured than ‘the usual suspects ‘ like myself).
