Mare of Easttown, starring Kate Winslet.

Highly recommended series from HBO about a small town detective looking for the killer of a young mum.

Great cast, storyline and dialogue, with a few twists along the way.

Turn
Washington’s Spies
8/10

A Long Island farmer bands together a group of childhood friends to form an unlikely group of spies who turn the tide in America's fight for independence.

Not quite sure how this has flown under my radar but it did and has. Just at the end of season 2 but I have really enjoyed it.

Breeders
7.5/10

Breeders explores the paradox that every parent knows but never admits: you would willingly die for your children, but quite often you also want to kill them.

Easy watching with some good performances from Martin freeman and Daisy Haggard.

I have finished this series now and I have increased my rating. I’ve been really impressed by the series and there are many great performances and characters. I highly recommend Turn to anyone who enjoys a good drama.

9/11: Inside the President’s War room
9/10

9/11 from the President's perspective, with exclusive access to information from the one's that had to take decisions during the World Trade Centre’s attack.

Surviving 9/11
9/10

A film about 9/11, moving between personal accounts of the day and the 20 years since.

Incredible accounts. Heartbreaking, inspiring and very moving.

Turning Point: 9/11 and the War on Terror.
9/10

A cohesive chronicle of the September 11, 2001 attacks on the U.S., offering illuminating perspectives and personal stories of how the catastrophic events of that day changed the course of the nation. From the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in 1979 to the country's breathtaking collapse back into the hands of the Taliban just weeks before the twentieth anniversary of the attacks, history continues to be made.

Great mini series 👍🏻

Back to Life
8/10

After 18 years behind bars, Miri Matteson returns home and stumbles back into adult life in the claustrophobic coastal town she once knew in this half-hour comedy series.

Me and Mrs Sandford have really enjoyed this comedy with its off beat and situational humour. Brilliant cast and really well written.
