I’m guessing there’s no new investors . Nothing derogatory towards 1878 but who’s going to pump money in to a club at the lower end of L2 ? There’s no investment, it’s burning ££ basically.

Bizarre how some on here are attempting to sneer about this guy from a poor background who got himself a good education and worked his way up to achieve success in business.
I can't imagine why he's not interested in interacting with these faceless folk on here?
Back in the days of Grim Outlook, the Fishy was known as the Fishy FFS, often for a good reason.
I think it has improved a great deal since then and that there is some really good discussion on here at times. One or two detestable and bigoted arses on here who it is relatively easy to ignore, but generally not too bad.
There are a few terrible trolls, however, and it is unsurprising to see most of the usual suspects trying to stir the pot in this thread. I never expect anything different, really, but luckily it is easy to disregard anything these tedious inadequates have to say.
(Just to note, although I'm obviously on the same side of the political spectrum as Stockwood, I do find his articles in the Guardian so uninteresting that I rarely bother to even scan through them)

Since they took over I have always supported JS & AP. and the club certainly needed them. That said I am totally surprised that JS does not want to interact on The Fishy.
What better opportunity than The Fishy with 6,434 members and many non-members who read the comments? How many of those 6,434 have season tickets?, more than JS thinks I believe. How many walk through the turn styles and pay the full price to see a game?
He says he wants to interact with fans and then does not want to come on one of the club's main fan sites. What better place is there for him to interact than the bread and butter fans who live, breathe and eat Grimsby Town?
I'm totally disgusted by him.
