I guess that would be why he holds a UEFA Pro Licence, the highest-level managerial qualification in association football in Europe!
Too highly qualified for league 2. The first thing your team needs is all out commitment and a will to win at all costs. Constant changes might be alright at Championship level but these players are in League 2 for no other reason than they are league 2 quality players. Not one of them could play higher, but they are good enough to give League 2 a good go. He doesn't know his best side now as it has changed so much. I would personally be bold and make a managerial change now before another season drifts off into the wilderness.

He hasn’t got a best side. Play well one week, out the side the next, back in after that, maybe in another position, play poorly, out again, back in after two weeks....rinse and repeat. Lump it to Hanson. Hope for the best. That’s it. Garbage.

I'm sorry but just because someone had taken a few courses, sat some exams it does not make him an expert, in fact to be a manager they have all taken most of the course/exams, but actually doing it for real and doing the theory are 2 different things. In fact if they all take the same courses then where do you get the innovation from. Sir Alex, Clough, Shankly, Paisley etc never took any courses and they seemed to do ok.

Forgive me but I have not read all the posts on this. Nor was I at the game.
However, don't you all think there is something of an overreaction to our situation If we had won today we would have been in a playoff position
Sorry, but I think folk need to keep a more realistic position on this

Totally.. a complete overreaction. I mean I worry there is some dressing room issue or something because it’s been such a sudden and terrible drop in form but it’s been literally 3-4 games of bad form and now it seems everyone wants the managers head. Unbelievable.

We’ve just lost three in a row to bottom half teams. Today was an abject capitulation. Our manager is changing winning line ups and overthinking. Our squad is better than that.

But we didn’t win. We got absolutely creamed by a nothing team , on our own patch, and we played like a team of hapless strangers. And that after two similarly inept performances in recent weeks.

There were ten minutes in the second half where the introduction of Green and Ogbu shook things up and we looked like scoring.
If only we’d started like that. Straight from the off full tempo we’d have buried them.
But we didn’t. Concerned about the tinkering, the failure to sort midfield and the fact that the crowd have lost patience. The latter is almost always fatal.
Still think there’s a good team in there. I hope he sorts it out.

Funny us town lot aren’t we, back in non league we have hurst 6 years now back in the football league we expect to change a manager every time we go on a bad run, just one question we sack Jolley who comes in to replace him who actually wants the job!
Sol Campbell or probably Steve McLaren
