Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Funny us town lot aren’t we, back in non league we have hurst 6 years now back in the football league we expect to change a manager every time we go on a bad run, just one question we sack Jolley who comes in to replace him who actually wants the job!

Just listened to this. He is so flipping laid back and totally without any passion, caring, anger call it what you will , still thinks he's working in a bank, he needs a good kick up the bottom

3games ago he was the saviour. We win the next 2 and he's flavour of the month again
He won't go because we can't afford it. Shittin ell, the club was all but relegated before slade was sacked

Plenty of managers would want this job I think it’s a bit of a hobby for MJ and he’s not really interested whether we win or loose.

Tondeurs first question should have been
" Why did you start with one of the least creative midfields you could possibly pick?"
QU 2:
"Do you not think that with that midfield and no width we are bound to play hoof ball?"

But of course all we get is bad day at the office shite

If he picked a more balanced team we'd be fine - like the front six at Exeter

Hanson/Green should be subs - that has become clear IMO

Felt very sorry for Akheem today - feeding off scraps which were high balls in non dangerous areas that all he could do was flick on... to who?

Jolley is turning into a very defensive and non risk manager - it could cost him in the end

We have the players IMO to play at speed, to feet, and with width

But we are miles off with that starting line up
