Not MJ fault the players are not playing too much faith on Clifton not good enough in midfield compared to lg2 teams.

Slade was sacked with 17 defeats from his 38 league games. Jolley has now lost 17 of his last 38 league games.

Next Friday is 6 months until the end of the season. Michael Jolley has a 6 month rolling contract. I think we should give serious consideration to giving Jolley his 6 month notice period. If he suddenly starts achieving the level of performance and results expected then he can have a new contract. If he doesn't we can get rid of him at the end of the season without having to compensate him or sooner but with only having to pay him the remainder of his notice period.

Hardly a conducive work environment.

He'll probably turn it around, I just don't understand how these streaks happen, we'll be making headlines, getting players in the team of the weeks and had the most goals from set peices at one point, then its like the players get their memories wiped and we can't do any of the things we were doing before

my suspicion from his post match interview is that he's very reactionary to results, he talks a lot about how we conceded the four goals, so we get a bad result and then spend a week trying to rectify that instead of just trying to move on and keep doing what was working the week before. Just a theory

Yes. Doesn't it just make your blood boil though Herts to think that a really up and at 'em performance from the kick off against a poor side like Orient would have achieved that? Instead we are fannying about with Subbuteo and FIFA manager selections and tactics like it's some kind of academic exercise. I'm surprised him and Limbrick haven't got a wi-fi link in the dug out and a laptop in there.

Absolutely. Fannied about with the pathetic starting line up that a totally average (at best) team has smashed us 4-0 on our own patch. Watch the way we play and tell me there’s some sort of method, because I’m not seeing it. I’m fast running out of patience with false dawns and tinkering and f@cking useless performances. Every team has an off day. Bad luck. A poor run even. Post match interview ? Waste of time. Thanks John. Thanks Michael. Avoid the issues. Last three games - utter dogsh1t.
What exactly is the plan Michael?

Players and the fans are Confused.com with what exactly Jolly is trying to do. He might understand Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity but as far as football goes I fear that he has failed to take the curvature of space and time into consideration.

I would agree with you even more if it was the same players in the side from game to game barring injury and loss of form. The team has no shape or strategy and seemingly no idea whether to sh1t, shave or shower when they get the ball. So how can they work during the week when it looks as though nobody knows who is in the side until the side is chosen over fish and chips on Saturday dinner time?

But I think you are right about him being a micro-manager instead of seeing the big picture.
