It helps to have goals and targets to achieve in life keeps you inspired to train.

Have found a charity bike ride in sherwood forest and clumber park nottingham its 36 miles cross country or you can do loops of 6 miles until you have had enough in 6 hours. about 12 quid to enter and its on 2nd November 2008 start at 0900hrs.

The loops sound ok if some younger people fancy having a go, ie my 12 year old nephew might fancy a single loop if so I`d do that with him then a few more.
