haha your joking - a few weeks to prepare for a marathon, its not like biking tying doing 4 or 5 times the bike ride to equal a marathon.

i guy i go to football with has recently rrun is 108th competitive marathon and is currently in france running.

his idea of  jog is to caistor top and back!!

there are no gears in your legs, i think the typical time frame to get ready for a marathon is about a year.

Cheque Presentation dates:
GTFC fans for St Andrews / Cancer Research will be held at half time during the Barnet game on the 27th September
LCFC fans for St Barnabas will be held on friday 10th October at half time during the Rochdale Game.

Riders are invited onto the pitch and either set of fans are welcome to either match.

We now have a deadline of the saturday 20th of September for donations. (16th if paying by cheques)

All riders MUST email us (contact@biketothebank.co.uk) with details of total raised and how they plan to pay.

Yes don't let a few protesters deflect you.Most of us will stick a hand in a pocket for some change.

A Worthy cause is still a worthy cause, its just a pity the attendance will be dismal,but still worth the effort.

Yeh get the buckets sorted mate, i'd be happy to walk round with one for half an hour or so. Might take the emphasis away from this bloody stupid protest!
