Oooh ive just got back from a lovely meal from Regans on St. Peters Avenue and yup, i've broken the no alcohol rule too, lager, wine and cider, probably not a good idea but its a big glass of water and bedstakes for me soon!

On an even more positive note, i was talking to the lady owner of Regans whilst I was there and she has sponsored me £20 for tomorrow, even though myself and the mrs have only been there a couple of times before. What a lovely lady. I know she has been affected by Cancer as she lost her husband last year to the disease so it made me feel very proud tonight to receive such a generous donation. (hope she doesn't mind me mentioning that!)

I shall be popping in with a thank you card tomorrow night for her generousity.

Anyway, a good nights sleep to eveyone and see you bright and early tomorrow... Its going to be a very special day and will bring a few sad memories to mind while i'm doing this but at least we're safe in the knowledge that we will be helping others for the future!

UTM!!!!!!

She is my sister. We both lost our partners to that dreadful disease within 3 months of each other. Good on her, I'll put her back on my Xmas card list!!

The aim of argument or discussion should not be victory but progress.
