Not sure if it’s been mentioned on the fishy but the referee on Saturday Richie Watkins was refereeing his first league game and apart from booking Mularkey for time wasting over a free kick had a very good game and never seemed to be bullied into decisions by either team. Hopefully see more of him at BP in the future.

And he noticed the ball was rolling when Hunt lost concentration and passed a crazy free-kick straight to their striker during the first half!
