to be fair, there are a few folk that have been admitted to hospital following the actions of folk on the fishy (you know who you are fella's)  

I can now make light hearted comments knowing that Pete is in good care.


The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

Good news that pete is ok now, I do however think this thread should be deleted as a lot of personal info has been shared about him, albeit for the right reasons...

Having just read through this what started out as a rather disturbing thread has (hopefully) turned into to a heartwarming one showing that although most people on here don't know each other from Adam everyone can pull together in the same direction at times like this.

If pete is looking at this thread he needs to know he has friends on this site,theres 7791 views at the moment and 17 pages of people who genuinely care,i dont know pete but have seen his posts, i will always want to help a fellow mariner,i am so glad he is safe and can get back to posting asap
