Is there no way the pontoon can go a bit further back and add a few rows , or/and have less aisles to have seats , also just fill in the gaps where there are  no seats at the back ?

I've always thought the only way to increase capacity would be to purchase the houses behind the Main Stand on Harrington Street, then demolish the Main Stand, despite it's history, demolish the houses and build a big new stand in their place. If the previous regime had the foresight to do this, then we would be in an excellent position now to build a new stand. You can please some of the forumites some of the time but not all the forumites all of the time
