Bring back the good old days when these people were just the lunatic in the pub that everybody would try to avoid.
Define lunatic??? Someone that doesn’t want back £2m plus loose change? Someone that got caught trying to get a fraudster to invest in ‘his’ (sic) business? Someone that allows people to drink drive after a bbq at their house? Actually, ska face might be a lunatic in some ways, but, he’s a top lad

What exactly, in none innuendos, do you mean?
There you go, question answered for you by someone else that started a thread about a L2 club potentially going into admin and potentially getting a points deduction That was the incoming I said prepare yourself for and it didn’t take long to arrive did it DB? I wanted to tell you this yesterday, but quickly deleted it, as I didn’t wish to cause an issue for someone else at that time. I was a bit too quick out of the blocks for my own good, and for hers too Good evening to you all and catch up later as and when something comes up I feel like contributing to. Certainly won’t be spamming you all needlessly. Hope you are all well Farewell for now

Only away games for me and not a penny through the club shop until we see the back of Fenty

It’s interesting isn’t it? Those of us who want to see Fenty gone, and rightfully so can provide and have provided plenty of reasons and facts as to why.
Those who have swallowed Fenty’s nonsense over the years literally have nothing other than ‘he saved the club’ but can’t actually explain how or provide any other actual reason why he should be our owner...
Bloke that sits near me at BP is forever slagging off people that call for Fenty to go but literally has zero argument against them.
I’ve not seen anyone in this thread or the many other threads about the incompetence and years of mismanagement of the club actually create any fiction, they’ve merely offered an opinion but also plenty of facts...they’re all there. It’s not hard to find them...

I can offer a reasoned argument Aldi. Fact Fenty is our most successful chairman because we've been to Wembley more under his ownership than any previous owner. Losing to Halifax in the Trophy final eclipsed even the win at Anfield for me. 👀👀

Back in 1998, getting to Wembley was a massive achievement. The EFL Trophy is 37 years old now and gives 48 teams a chance of getting to Wembley. Back in 1998, it was relatively new in comparison and we had spent a large proportion of the recent past ineligible. The play-offs were only founded in 1987, so again, getting to Wembley was still very new. Get to non-league and we were a big fish in a small pond so at the right end of the table giving us a greater chance of reaching the play-off final or FA Trophy final. Whilst Fenty may have taken us to Wembley more than any other owner, most chairmen before had little to no chance of taking us there with the regularity Fenty has.

A friend was speaking to someone senior in the commercial department yesterday. I can sense the eye rolls already!!!!!
Apparently, there are no worries about the takeover. Stated it is a case of not if, but when. Shutes pulling out has delayed the process but certainly hasn't scuppered it. Stockwood is the driving force and isn't fazed by relegation. He is in for the long haul.

Reading between the lines and Jason Stockwoods tweets he's not pulling the plug on this, I honestly believe he loves this club, like we all do, and wants to see it flourish once again. He's got the money, the motivation and no doubt the right contacts (couldn't see him getting involved with the likes of Alex Kapinkya) and Petit has the knowledge when it comes to regeneration, think Shutes bailing just out the timeline back a little and expect the deal to be brokered before the season is out
