LJL, 100% was never excrement.

A club always ends up with a scapegoat, and at that time it was him...

He scored 20+ in one season and ended up with a 1 in 3 record for us.... i give an arm and leg for that right now

Same.... usually did o.k. from the spot and cleverly like his cinematic cameo didn't take things as serious as his detractors did at the time.

He’s the sort of player that gets you on the front foot, wins things he’s not entitled to and stops the ball coming straight back. I don’t think we will get him back although i note he’s scoring every week for Hereford at the minute.

The Shop was quality for holding it up, chasing lost causes and forcing defensive errors, and although he would miss a few always got into positions to at least have a go even if his finishing could be wayward. Playing like he did that last season we would fly up this league, but now back in non league and an injury history so not sure he would be the player he was,
