Choosing your next manger must be the hardest job in football. You listen to them at an interview, they sound like the next big thing in football. Then when they get the job they turn into crusty the clown. (Bignot anyone?) It's a thankless task. Just one point, will they be expected to sign a six month rolling contract to cover ourselves, or do we go for broke and give a longer contract? The first option might put off the better managers and leave us with managers that are struggling to find a club.
