RIP Matt, a really brave young man, such a shame.

Like others have said, was so angry and ashamed about Grimsby Town yesterday I could not put into words how I felt, but now it just doesn't seem to matter now.

Makes me wonder if there is a God and if there is why take away the good, decent people in life.

Like previously mentioned, I hope their is a minutes silence or a round of applause at the next home game as a mark of respect for this brave young gentlemen.

My thoughts to all family and friends in this time of sadness.

This is the post I have been dreading for a while. Aweful news. 19 years old, what a waste of a wonderful and inspirational young life.
Things really coudn't get much grimmer at the minute. RIP Matt, if there is any justice whatsoever you will be somewhere much much better.

Came on this forum to laugh at how you are bottom of the table with -7 gd ect ect...

Saw this post and even though I didnt know the guy, I am/ was    the same age as him and felt deeply upset by it, puts things into a perspective really,

RIP matty, and  best of luck for the rest of the season.

RIP Matt - a tragic waste of a young life.  Most of all my thoughts are with his parents, I can't even imagine what it must be like to lose a child at such a young age under these circumstances.
