It's definitely not iFollow, the club have confirmed that. We closed that door when we sacked off their website.

Did we sack off their website or did we get relegated out of the EFL?

Both. Ex-EFL clubs are not required to abandon the platform, and we continued to use it until the end of last year. My understanding is that the EFL digital platform (including iFollow) are not particularly commercially attractive for clubs, hence our move to self-owned solution.

With the club making their own and the fact we look like we will might have issues with capacity this season, it makes sense if they don't make their version too difficult for VPN's to beat

All Town aren’t we

We sacked off their website which we used for 6 years in non-league last time and the first few months of it last season. To use iFollow, you must have their website so we closed that door ourselves. More and more clubs are doing their own thing these days, iFollow or World as it used to be called is old and outdated now.

iFollow is an awful platform that regularly failed on a matchday and is slow and clunky. I also hate that it's one of those things you can sign up for on the website but to unsubscribe you have to email them and wait for them to get back to you, which could be after you've paid for another month of it. It should be illegal for companies to allow you to subscribe on the website but require you to email or call them to unsubscribe, it should be both available on the website.

Depending on your internet connection iFollow worked very well during covid after a few teething problems imo

I never had a problem with it and never paid a subscription, just the tenner for each game that I watched.

From the horse's mouth, same stream/production as before just a different brand name to be expected.
