I’ve spoken to plenty of folk who’ve been to protests scattered about the country, the pattern seems to be that the protest is a calm and peaceful affair, then in come PC plod, much like football and stir up and antagonise folk, from either side and then it goes wrong.

Similarly, you’re naturally going to get the slightly imbalanced, ignorant on either side but the thought of people ‘guarding’ statues is flipping hilarious.

I mean, the mock people for following a religion and so forth but the bloke they appear to listen to doesn’t even use his real name. It’s all just laughable really.

Is there racism in Grimsby or Cleethorpes ?  I've never seen it- so i don't see the point of this march. They are the same protesters who protest about everything from stickers on jam jars to willies on jelly babies.

Can't speak for the pier or leisure centre but there's a few police mulling around the lifeboat station area and there's a riot van parked on Brighton street.

Well that's gone well in London.
BLM have cancelled their protest & some of the alleged "protecters" ie neanderthals are now abusing the police.

Good luck to the police that have been assigned to control the Cleethorpes protest because there's heavy traffic and the prom is packed.
