Two very educated and great young coaches with bags of potential. I think we are at an age where Football is evolving in terms of what a coach does and how he does it, certainly from a sports science perspective. I look forward to seeing what these guys can do for our squad and how they can help with the younger players. Again like I said when MJ was appointed, I’d rather see us appoint guys like this than middle aged coaching dinosaurs who are stuck on the footballing merry go round. It's like the club has leapt forward twenty years in four months. We now seem to be embracing cutting edge practices off the pitch which will undoubtedly pay dividends on it. I know we still have a number of signings to go before the squad take shape, but I am more positive about the coming season than I have been for many a year. I think we have turned a corner.
