I'm not saying players deserve abuse when warming up but a professional footballer should be the bigger, better man

If he had been a player of any kind, he'd have been on the pitch today scoring goals and not warming a seat on the sub's bench, so he was an easy target for frustrated fans

I don't have anything personally against him but on ability and aptitude alone, he really isn't fit to wear the shirt ( along with most of the squad actually!)

They probably have Tommy but he should have turned the other cheek

Whatever might have been said might have stung him, but the way to shut up disgruntled supporters is by doing a good job out on the pitch,  not pouring fuel on the fire

I’m not the one with a problem crying it’s not fair I’m merely stating he’s a professional footballer who shouldn’t be giving fans a male masturbator sign irrespective of fans showing their frustrations , he should be beyond that.
