An awful ending, Slade lost it at the end, a mistaken Tweet somehow is much bigger than Stevenage and Checkatrade and incurs a red-faced, eye bulging swipe at Dean? You lose trust? I still remember Cardiff Mr Slade, I know trust.
The way I feel now I'd have the lot out, it's becoming a freakshow. These are dark days at GTFC.

Matt Dean put the 'kudos ' of a journalistic scoop above his privileged access to GTFC staff and should be big enough to admit the breach of trust. Hiding behind 'doing my job' is poor. Would like to think that JT would have verified first.

Fentys face was great when he realised he didnt know that there had been a meeting between MD and the club about the Woodhouse excrement😂😂😂😂


In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Things I learnt tonight
Bob Marley as got anger issues
Matt dean is gullible
The trust guy is shy
Philip day dealing with the council doesn't fill me with confidence
Wilko doesn't appear to have a opinion
We have to many Steve's in the town
Jon fenty is a snappy dresser and pulled off the casual but hard look for a fifty odd yr old
And lastly and most surprisingly Slade appeared to know his stuff and his teacher credentials shone through
Just a mention to the audience well done for asking some difficult questions
