It was pretty much unanimous on here at the back end of last season that we needed to replace Crocombe as he wasn't good enough...

The replacements are good enough either, in fact, they make Crocombe very good, including his 'cramp'.


You can please some of the forumites some of the time but not all the forumites all of the time

Not sure you can say Conteh will be money down the drain or poor recruitment, definitely a decent profit to be made on him.

I agree about Crocombe though, he didn't perform as well second half of the season but was still a decent keeper for this level.


Agree Conteh looks to have good resale value but we’re rumoured to have beaten some big spenders (Wrexham/Stockport mentioned) to his signature so we don’t know if it will be as big a profit as we’d hope for.
