Remember this, Phil Parkinson complaining about the ref that gave his team a penalty after Mullin clearly dived and then also awarded his team a goal after Mullin pushed the ball into the net with his hand, embarrassing...

Well, if their fans like banter, this must be an oxy (Welsh) moron?

As in:

Military intelligence, Chelsea’s effective recruitment policy, Scunthorpe fans believing that they have a viable and sustainable business model and Hurst makes numerous early substitutions.  

Do they teach the locals advanced level English at this university?   And basic numbers up to 4-5?😇
