Anyone know what’s happening?

I'm going to guess something along the lines of

We want to update our supporters on the launch of our exciting new kit.

We were initially hoping that the replica shirts would be here in time for Father’s Day, but delays in transit beyond our control has meant that they aren’t with us yet.

The Club is hopeful that they will be here within the next few days, and we will update supporters as soon as they are available on-line and in the Club Shop.

Please bear with us – we’re really hopeful that you will love our new stripes when the shirts arrive at Blundell Park.  Thank you for your patience.

Turns out the kit supplier accidentally put the wrong club badge and sponsor on.

I’ve always said that this site is for opinions , rumours , whinges and praise , it’s a football forum not a court of law

I have a suspicion about our issues with Macron. I know nothing and have no evidence to back this up but..

They support a lot of clubs through all levels of football across Europe and support UEFA with referees kit etc. They appear to be a pretty slick operation.

I suspect that they have a strict pecking order of preparing kits and we, as a lower league English side, are well towards the bottom of that pecking order. They already have EPL and other top division kits in the shops and they do that because they know they will sell thousands of them. We are a low priority for them, especially as (I suspect) we have the bare minimum agreement deal with them for what we will use/buy/sell.

They'll get a load more grief if they don't get Palace's kit in the shops than they will if they make Grimsby fans wait.

I don't like this and I don't support it, it's just my suspicion.

hmm, not so sure. They sponsor/support/provide a lot of kits for UK teams - why would Palace/Forest/Stoke's kit not be subject to Brexit while ours is?
