So happy with this appointment. I'm normally very reserved with manager appointments, but this one gives me optimisim and I feel really excited to what he can bring

Renewed my faith a bit. The board have obviously been listening, and i don't just mean with this appointment. Addressed a few concerns in that statement. Just want to believe in the club again and this has gone some way toward that.

Financial reality was beginning to galvanise minds,  currently with the fear of the drop, the commercial department can't sell anything,  next seasons budget was going down the drain
