The £30,000 profit from the bars will be a lot less next season,
If the fans who say they will not renew their season tickets if Slade is still here.

I'm pretty certain that I paid to join the Trust during OP but haven't heard anything from them since.
Does the Trust ever communicate directly with members by email?
Will they ever ask me for some more membership money?

maybe not and if they did I doubt they would make the 30k the Trust do now, My point was the 30k was the clubs in the first place and they used it as a way for the Trust to pay for their board members ( originally there were two of them).
Would you allow someone to run your business and keep the profit whilst you pay all the expenses ?
Agree - the £30,000 figure is a bit of a tenuous one on the Trust’s part. At the end of the day - the club would make that money regardless. It might cost them (marginally more) by staffing the bar themselves but they did it for how many years? How much do the Trust make the club outside of this bar revenue?

Bax said in an earlier post he would not be the one to be the lead (fan ownership) maybe if\when one is elected they can have the seat on the board for some vital board room experience. Bax is right, everyone wants a fan run club but no one is coming out saying i'll do it. I'd back it and give money towards the greater goal, but I don't have the time, or know how. Personally i think Fentys time is starting to come to an end. He's been a decent chairman, but its pretty clear we need a new direction, whether that be a new chairman or fans owned. Things will only get worse in my eyes. Whats Mike Parker doing these days

The Trust has provided close to £250,000 in the last six years. The bar "profit" is actually closer to £20k than £30k from recollection. It certainly doesn't cover all of the money the Trust has given to the club.

He has been anything but a decent chairman! If you could have a job description in how not to do it he would have few rivals. It is incredibly difficult to do any job which seems easier from the sidelines, and I very much appreciate that. However, he hasn't grown into the job at all has he? He is as hapless today as day one; still making the same mistakes over and over, still trying to live off his initial investment, still trying to cut every corner there is to cut and still hoping against hope that football fortune pays him a visit soon. Mike Parker seemed to be the very opposite - and it is a shame he didn't take him on all guns blazing.

Seriously? He's spent the last 5 years wanting to not be the chairman even though his loans are strangling the club.
