Could you please email me the PSD file for your banner? I'm working on a website and the gradient of the jpg is causing me Photoshop issues. (haven't designed one for a very long time). We need to use your banner as the "branding process" has already begun.

I've PM'd you the details.

could you list who you think is doin what
and then the apropriate victims sorry volunteers can confirm either way

i know i have confused matters as will do ...might not do...want to do ...will share the distance etc.....trust me if i bike 60k  i will never again ive you lot advance warning of no trains

been on bike for about a mile and my bum hurts.......help

i think we now have 15 or 16 riders, leon can list all whos doing it has hes taking care of that side of things, ive organised everything with companies and the charities as well as clubs and media, to date, with help from others along the way.

Dont worry about will he wont he, i think most people are having the same feelings, but because everything has progressed so quickly we know its serious so they are willing to do it.

Anyone who takes part whether it being behind the scenes or actually riding a bike is doing such an amazing thing for the club and the chosen charities and i dont think anyone could say otherwise.

It is the fear of failure I am dreading, 60 KM is a bloody long way, but there again if we start early and allow 8 hours we will all get there in the end

I realise it isn't a race and it is about earning as much money as possible

Yeah, I suppose about half way we'll all want a sit down so we will need to set off horribly early. I don't think many expect all of us to do the whole track so having some sub riders for some of the stages will be good so would anybody else want to join in?

it is quite easily dooable over the time frame of 6-8 hours

over 6 hours:

60/6 = 10km = 6.21 miles

so a steady pace of 6mph will do it - i have done oreinteering on foot pushing the 5/6mph barrier.

when you break it down like that it looks more managable.

i'm off to gym later to test my theory on a hard gradient if i can average 6mph on a more extreme circuit it will show how this run will do.

what is the exact route as i can take my GPS tracker and get an exact altiutde profile graph to show the fluctuations in height and gradient.
