I'm gonna put this out there, but we need a complete clear out, Pearson, Davis, D.Moore, all the old guard need to go.

Again, we have 2 defensive coaches and an ex defender as a manager and our defending is laughable at best.

There's a cultural hangover of failure that won't go unless we move those involved out..

We got to the FA cup quarter final last season - not sure how that's "failure"?
