They have a few quality players we don’t have any at the club other than 1 whose not playing today , predictable result today but not everyone is as good as Wrexham

Maybe some perspective is needed on why they are in a battle to finish as league champions and why we are in a battle to not get relegated again. People are acting like this is a game we should be winning when it was always going to be a tough game.


The reaction is because we have given in timidly, and now are looking over our shoulder at what FGR and Sutton are doing.

Personally I'm angry because the 2023 24 season ended in mid September and all we have been doing is rear-guard fighting just to keep away from the drop zone. What a waste of a year.

We still have a six point cushion, but have a tough game next week. However it sounds like FGR were very poor today so hard to see them getting many points from their next five fixtures.

We had all assumed that Sutton were dead, but they have won their last two so maybe we need to keep an eye on them now.

I was hoping for a point. It’s a strange league this. Watched Mansfield V Colchester and thought the home side were poor, given where they are in the table. We need 11 more points to be safe.
