Tools firmly downed by at least 3 second half , if it wasn't for Cartwright it would have been close to double figures - didn't expect anything from today but the 1200 of us  that went deserved a better and more dignified performance than that .

Came away more worried than I thought i would .

Artell told us not to worry - this team won't get relegated. This team already look non league.
If results go against today we could be third from bottom.  He might not be worried - but I certainly am.

Shooting practice for Mansfield. We could have shipped 7 or 8 today with no complaints. And tbh Harrogate could easily have put 4or 5 in. Summer recruitment absolutely  appalling.

You obviously have no idea how recruiting works.

A lot of fans on this forum owe Harvey Cartwight a massive appology. Without him it could have been double figures.

Thankfully the coaching for Cartwright seems to be working.

Lost for words for the rest of them….

When you're 2 - 0 down at half time you come out and give it a good go don't you? Bust a gut to get to the ball first, put your foot in, take a few chances and show your travelling support that you want to get back in the game, well that's what I always thought.

We cannot shift any of this deadwood out and Stockwood has said he is not willing to put any money in.
We are right in a relegation dog fight

Why do you need to have a detailed knowledge of the recruitment process to know that in the main we recruited badly in the summer? It’s plainly obvious that we have an unbalanced squad lacking technically, mentally and physically.

You can probably say that ANY player that Artell ships out in January will not command a fee, but will save on their wages UNLESS they are still under a 3-year contract where we may have to pay them off.

I would think there is a bit in the pot to cover any increase in wages, which you would expect to pay if they are looking to sign players of better quality or with experience.

I would be very surprised if David Artell does pay a fee for any player to come in, so we are dependant on Artell's little black book, and then those who are available on a free transfer, but we know what sort of quality they can provide, dont we?
