a near complete squad rebuild, half of which was completed mid season, we are at least 3 seasons ahead of where we were last time we were down. well done to hurst and the club. Hopefully we show our best in the playoffs and have an entertaining game or games whatever happens.
In the summer I thought we would be well below the play offs given the rebuilding job but fair play.
Now for Eastleigh, do we rest anyone ?
I would......
Anyway considering what a shambles we where last season this is a good achievement, hopefully we'll progress. "On our day" we can give anyone a game, we just need 3 "days" now.
Well done Town!!
"Crombie you would have got to that if you weren't such a fat ba%$@rd" - George Kerr, inspiration from the dug out 70s style
I would literally be wrapping McAtee in cotton wool now until Notts County away. And before anyone starts, I do mean literally.
I think I'd give Smith a rest and see how Waterfall looks. Smith definitely starts so the decision is between the other two. Sounds like Pearson was outstanding. Holohan might benefit from the rest but got a week and a half until it starts so who knows.Sure it will be calm and rational whatever decision is made.

Fact is that we have beaten Stockport, Notts County, Chesterfield, Dagenham, Torquay and Boreham Wood recently. All in or around the playoffs.
That is not a bad CV to be taking into the playoffs.
