It’s taken him 2 months to figure that out.
If there not performing release them on a free transfer no one will take any of the idiots.
Eventually you have a team that try and how can a pro footballer not pass a ball it’s incredible.

If lock down is eased we can get in the ground for the last few games i think the players might have a shock then.

With respect Meza why would Hurst resign early into his 18 month contract, the only way he will go is if he get's sacked then he will have to be paid off.

That will get him the hat trick.

A relegation from EFL on your cv isn’t good for future employment lol

So he said the first half was bad, but he did make any changes at half time. That has to be the most depressing piece of waffle I have heard in ages.

His tone was despondent and gave us no hope for the future. He should have the guts to resign. You can't say that he was been honest because he has been found out to be nothing more than a bull sh!tter just like Holloway.

Very unfair to compare him with IH. Whatever the outcome of this season, he has more integrity in his little finger than IH.

This is what I don't understand. The first half was bad, and ended with them fairly on top. First 5 minutes of the 2nd half they were clearly the dominant team. Why take another 15 minutes to change it?

I like Hurst and thought he'd turn us around, but I just don't understand his decisions. Bunney over Habergham makes no sense. El Mizouni is a luxury. Matete is better going forwards and plays him defensively. Hewitt is never in the right back position. A big guy up front on his own is isolated. All of these things are his choice and not what he was lumbered with. I'd actually prefer Holloway right now

Unfortunately Hurst’s own career has been in free fall as much as our own fortunes, this was his hour of need along with ours.

It doesn’t seem to be panning out for either of us, Hurst has a negative style of play in which we try to keep shape and don’t take many risks in hope of not conceding and nicking a goal the other end.
Tonight we made a team that was 23rd in form table look like a promotion winning side, the way they knocked it about our final third and attacked in numbers was good to watch if you were an Orient fan.
Hurst’s nature as a stubborn, dour man doesn’t lead me into thinking he will suddenly become cavalier and try to take games by the scruff of the neck and therefore we will continue to set up not to concede both at home and away and probably fail 9/10 times.
I never wanted Hurst back but could see why he was an option after the clown who preceded him but it appears nothing will save this doomed ship from sailing into the non league abyss.
