Well whatever this is it’s been going on for a while. Mr Alex May is declared as a former director of a company called Town Centre Living https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/12573555/officers alongside some polish guy called Uljana Adamczyk, who Fenty was declaring in this disclosure of interests document to the council back in 2016 https://financedocbox.com/Tax_Planning/125834654-The-localism-act-2011.html

Mr Adamczyk apparently lives in Fenty house.

Interestingly, May resigned that directorship 2 weeks ago and now is listed as the director of a property development company called Ampco 149.

Edit, oh and guess who else has significant control in town centre living, why it’s John fenty!

Not 100%, but I think Uljana is a girl's name..

Not defending JF in any way but “town centre living” was only incorporated in April this year so I assume Adamczyk is the person who introduced JF to the conman. Your link about JF being a PSC doesn’t work and according to companies house only Adamczyk is listed - could you repost the link?

From what ive read from the supplied links this could all now get messy for Fenty but more importantly the club couild get dragged into this.
From the supplied documents you cant help but think something seriously fishy has been going on.
