I have to think that there is something wrong with the systems people are using. I have paid to watch every game this season with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I watch it on my PC.
Then why did it start at 33 mins for FOOW? If his system works from 33 mins, why not the previous 32 mins? It's way too glitchy. It's on a par with the governments track and trace app.

Not gloating but I watched the whole half without a break. I am on a wired connection, as opposed to wifi.

You're missing the point, it is NOT glitchy, it works for me and many other people, so for those 33 minutes he missed, it wasn't their fault, it was working for us. Also, as above, I use an ethernet cable to my PC. What you also have to take into account is that this time of the evening is peak time for the internet, that could be one of the reasons some people get buffering some of the time.

It's nothing to do with luck, if some people can watch it with no problems, then it shows the product is working as intended, and the fault lies at the users end. If you are getting buffering (circle in middle going round and round), then it's a problem with your internet.
The first two games I watched without any issues Walsall away and Salford at home ( both on Google Chrome ) The Bolton game I missed the first 10 minutes after buying my pass 20 minutes before the game ( so half an hour to connect ) Some folk said don't leave it too late to get on... I bought my pass just after half four today and it connected about six o'clock I tried it on Chrome and on the Microsoft browser.... nothing whatsoeve on either one That's why I said it's about luck.... connection just seems so random

Even if people are using the recommended specifications on the iFollow website? People have reported issues with internet connectivity way above the minimum standards.

I'm not missing the point at all. I have super fast virgin broadband connected by ethernet and i have nothing but problems with iFollow. So much so that I've given up on it. I watch all programmes streamed through my PC which is connected to my TV. Regularly watch Netflix, Amazon, HBO, BBCi player, ITV player, Youtube and many other streaming services without any problems at all. I bet I could buy a SKY pass for £10 and it would work flawlessly. I'm quite clued up on how stuff works, especially streaming. For whatever reason, whether it be iFollow or operator error, the fact is that a lot of people have given up on it out of frustration. It's a shame because it is costing the club vital revenue.

I really don't understand why you and others think it's about luck. Other people are watching it the whole time, I didn't buy my pass until 17:20 and connected right away. It's fairly obvious to me that internet connection appears to be the problem, many things affect your internet, your ISP, your router, your connections to your wifi, how many other people in your home are using the internet, etc.

Maybe it's because your PC is connected to your TV. Seriously, how hard is it to realise that it is not iFollows fault when many of us get it every match and don't have any problems whatsoever.

I’m the only one using the internet at home right now My PC is connected to the router with an Ethernet cable ( in the same way it’s used all week for my work connection) I say it’s luck because out of four games I’ve had two successful connections, one iffy one and one very poor tonight where I missed most of the first half Obviously your computer and connection aren’t giving you any issues but lots of have had them Something is not right and I don’t believe it’s anything you’ve raised that is giving such intermittent service for me
