If they’ve got a 12 point deduction this year and stay up they’ve got -12 from next year and no money to play with thanks to ffp . They’re on a slippery slope towards L2 and beyond Lower F5

They would however get a 15 points deduction next season if they don't agree a CVA which guarantees creditors receiving at least 25% of what they are owed.
