It would be nice once in a while to go to a thread and actually see written opinions that the Title suggests will be posted instead of wasting my time going through several pages trying to find something relating to the thread title.

Really interesting interview on the latest NTT20 pod https://soundcloud.com/ntt20pod/weekend-chaos-recruitment-chat-with-blades-analytic about the use of data analytics in recruitment.  Pretty sure that IH isn't a massive convert to data analytics at this point but he (IH) is smart and will hopefully see the benefit that this approach can add to traditional methods.
