Unfortunately he will always be a terrible leader due to his total inability to reflect on his faults and relinquish control to those with a better understanding of how to run a football club. Rumours suggest takeover talks are stalling because JF wants too much input still. The fact we are making the same mistakes as ten years ago is unforgivable and putting out a video every time the criticism builds just doesn’t cut it.

This club is permanently in a holding pattern and everything will be hunky dory at some point in the future. He's as good as admitted that this season is already done, just like every other season for the past 15 years. It's too late for a vast swathe of fans who are sick of hearing the same old empty rhetoric time and again.

A rub of the green, a bit of luck and some reinforcements might see 14/15th but what about next year? One thing which is nailed on is if AL wins 2 of the next 5 it is his job.
