Like I said in another thread before the game, hate the cup but I think its stupid format could do us alot of good the way things have been, jolley definately got a few positives from this second half performance

town win 2-1. Full Time.

Have to say that bloke in the pontoon is a lucky omen, since he was mentioned coming onto the pitch we went from 1 down to winning 2-1.

Haven’t paid any attention to this tournament, but the fact that Sunderland are playing Stoke U21 is shocking.

Still, first cup win since we came up, and nice to see we can beat a struggling Notts County.

Wes Thomas played well to, Gona be a good player for us when his fully fit but tbh he looks a lot fitter than Hooper ect
