Grealish should have been on from the start but hasn't started a game all tournament. Mount is still on the pitch even though he's spent most of the game looking lost and out of his depth.

Grealish can only play on the left. So if you ‘play Grealish from the start’, you have to push Sterling to the right. Sterling’s been our main attacking threat this tournament - - from the left.
