Gutted not to be going to this one. A brief yet disappointing look at flight prices ended that one but I'm so proud to be a Mariner right now. Fantastic support from both us and Pompey in the space of 7 days. Both teams taking fantastic numbers. Well done to everyone.

Just a little bit of perspective. Someone who was going to be queueing today didn't go as he had a family bereavement
last night. I know there are a lot of frustrated folk out there who haven't got tickets, but there are worse things in life.


The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'
