Fenty has drunk off the only man that has had any money and interest in the club in the last 10 years.
you only seem to see one side of the story

Mike Parker was quite calm during the interview and wanted John Fenty to explain his actions, as no communication had (supposedly) taken place since e mails last week, which said nothing of Take Over panels or resignations.
So , one is telling the truth, and one is not !
The undercurrent is that Parker is looking for other investors from his business and personal connections.
We can only hope that he succeeds and that news is better by the AGM meeting.
I'm glad I only run a one man business and don't have to give public speeches like these two !
Neither would lose out if they became MP's, one may be ditching his role now with the next election in mind as his next move upwards.

Fenty chucked mud, Parker throws some back. Parker has got people in mind he wants as chairman.
Parker knows exactly what he's doing and I suspect Fenty isn't acting without a plan.
Sort it out in private, gents. Not using the club like a child in a divorce.
Spot on for me!

I've just listened to MP's interview for a second time and it was clear he had to bite his tongue on a few occasions with the future in mind. For what it is worth (and many will disagree) my take is that Fenty is trying to manufacture reasons for an exit ( and to be fair in a lot of ways i d'ont blame him) Parker said that the agreed 500K investment both were to make was a share investment on his part and not a loan, to help balance the books, something Fenty could have done, but chose to make his a loan, thus making MP the major share holder. Although i am not in any way knowledgable on corporate law, if JF wants to become chairman again. the solution seems simple to me - convert his loan into shares as well and become major shareholder again. I have big worries for the future of our club - Parker said he wouldn't help bankroll the club after this season and it seems Fenty is already of the same opinion, without outside investment we are well and truely shafted if these two stick to their guns AND if the bad blood continues ,Fenty could always do what he promised not to and call in his previous loans to the club - if he did, GTFC would cease to exist. God help our club.

That Pete is spot on, all Fenty has to do is covert the circa £150K he has put in this season in loans into shares - as he originally told Parker he would do. Now John has always said these loans were benign, if they were really benign then why wouldn't he be prepared to do this? There's only one logical answer

Parker didn't say he wouldn't bankroll the club after this season. He said he wouldn't make a commitment to,which is a subtle difference and mayhe he will make that commitment once other things have fallen into place. Maybe i'm clutching at straws but as bad as things seem at the moment,we still have a bigger fan base than a lot of other clubs who are surviving down here.Maybe we will just have to cut our cloth accordingly to carry on.

Surely though Ginny 'cutting our cloth' if things deteriorated, means part time and a very much reduced squad, in our outpost location how could we recruit decent players on a part time basis when there are absolutely no jobs around here to supplement their incomes? IMO that would condemn us to non league indeterminently (no part time teams ever get promoted) and our fan base would dwindle to nothing.

Yes I thought I heard similar ginnywings.
I thought it was something like 'I won't finance it while I am not on the board' or words to that effect. Meaning he currently isn't on the board, so wouldn't. But with him potetially choosing his new Chairman he would be then in the driving seat so could then finance the club again.
